Program and account data: kept for as long as needed to provide the program, manage your account, assess refund eligibility and support legitimate business or research purposes.
Research withdrawal: if you withdraw from research, we will stop using identifiable or directly linkable data for future research where reasonably possible. Data that has already been anonymised or included in aggregate analysis may be retained.
Account deletion: if you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise personal data within 30 days where possible.
Payment, refund and accounting records: may be retained for longer where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Anonymised insights and aggregate research findings may be kept indefinitely.
Children’s Data
De-Viced is for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect or process data from individuals under 18.
